I’m Anastasiia, your integrative and embodied guide—mindful yoga teacher, mentor, and space holder for deep transformation. I’m honored to guide you on a journey to well-being, health, and harmony with yourself and the world around you.

Through years of practicing yoga and self- development, I’ve developed a unique approach that goes beyond traditional yoga classes. My mission is to support each person’s path toward balance and self- discovery, creating a practice that aligns both the body and mind with a deeper sense of inner harmony.

My Journey​

Yoga found me during a challenging time when staying afloat felt impossible. Returning to the mat, I rediscovered myself and found peace, clarity, and strength. But the more I practiced, the more I realized that movement and meditation alone weren’t enough to create lasting transformation.

We are all unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Over time, I discovered that a combination of different practices-tailored to individual needs-offered a more holistic path to personal growth. This led me to explore psychology and integrate what I learned into my work. Through my own journey, I crafted an approach that blends yoga, mindfulness, and personal development tools.

What I offer now is not a one-size-fits-all method, but a flexible, personalized experience. Some people need more physical movement, others benefit from mindful practices, and many thrive on a combination of both. My goal is to help you find what works best for you.
