I understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes, and I want to accommodate your needs as best as I can. Below are the details of my cancellation and rescheduling policy, designed to ensure fairness while allowing for adjustments to your session when necessary.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Tailored Yoga Sessions (Online & Offline)
Single Sessions or Bundles (3, 5, or 7):
Cancellation Policy:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply for single sessions, or 50% of the session cost will be deducted from a bundle.
• No-shows (if you miss your session without prior notice) will result in the session being marked as used, with no refund or rescheduling available.
Rescheduling Policy:
• If you need to reschedule, we will offer one free reschedule if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
• After the first reschedule, additional reschedules will incur a fee of £10 for each change.
Bundle Sessions:
Each individual session in the bundle is subject to the same cancellation/rescheduling terms. If you miss a session or cancel within 24 hours, that session will be considered used.
Unused sessions in the bundle can be rescheduled but must be used within a 6-month period from the original purchase date.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Align and Evolve Session (Online & Offline)
Single Sessions or Bundles (3, 5, or 7):
Cancellation Policy:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will result in the session being marked as completed and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Rescheduling Policy:
• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, free of charge.
• Additional reschedules will incur a fee of £10 for each change.
Bundle Sessions:
Unused sessions in the bundle can be rescheduled, but they must be used within a 6-month period from the original purchase date.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Sacred One-to-One Retreat
Since this retreat is highly personalized and based on location/structure, we need a more flexible approach:
Cancellation Policy:
• For Sacred Day Retreat bookings, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost upon booking.
• This deposit secures your booking and helps cover initial preparation costs.
• If you cancel more than 7 days before the retreat, the deposit will be forfeited but no additional charges will apply.
• If you cancel within 7 days of the retreat, the full retreat fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Policy:
• Rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the retreat with a £50 fee.
• If rescheduling occurs within 7 days of the retreat, a 50% fee will apply, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Structure:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the retreat.
• The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the retreat date.
• In cases where custom pricing is required, a quote will be provided, and payment terms will be agreed upon after the quote is confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Bespoke Corporate Workshops
Since these workshops are tailored to the size of the group and specific needs, the payment and cancellation terms should reflect that.
Cancellation Policy:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the workshop.
• If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited, but no further charges will apply.
• If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled date, the full workshop fee will be charged, and no refund will be given.
Rescheduling Policy:
• Workshops can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.
• Rescheduling will incur a £100 fee for admin costs.
• If rescheduling occurs within 14 days of the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Structure:
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The final balance is due 7 days before the event.
• For workshops with custom pricing (based on group size, location, etc.), a detailed quote will be issued, and payment terms will be confirmed upon booking.

For services like the Sacred One-to-One Retreat and Bespoke Corporate Workshops, you are correct that they don’t follow the standard “add to cart and pay straight away” structure. Instead, for these:

• This ensures that the client is committed while also covering initial preparation and administrative costs.
Final Payment:
• The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before the service (for retreats and corporate workshops).
